Clear commercial principles governing our professional translation, localization, export documentation, and market-readiness coordination services.
1. Scope of Professional Services
Translation Language Solutions ("TLS") provides professional language translation, cultural localization, export document structuring, software string adaptation, and international market-entry coordination. The specific parameters, language pairs, deliverables, deadlines, and pricing for each assignment are confirmed in writing via our official project proposal or quotation.
2. Operational Boundaries & Regulatory Scope Notice
Strict Professional Notice: Translation Language Solutions provides "compliance-readiness support", "documentation coordination", and "linguistic adaptation". We are language, terminology, and localization professionals.
- Statutory legal counsel, legal representation, or legal opinions.
- Accredited testing laboratory certification (e.g., formal CE / TÜV laboratory testing).
- Notified-body statutory approvals or customs brokerage clearance guarantees.
All official regulatory filings, CE conformity declarations, and statutory certifications must be evaluated and authorized by appropriately qualified legal counsel or accredited certification bodies.
3. Quotations, Pricing & Milestone Invoicing
All quotations issued are based on source word count, subject matter specialization, format complexity, and required turnaround speed:
- Validity: Written proposals remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.
- Taxes: All domestic services within India are subject to standard 18% GST. Formal GST tax invoices are provided with every order.
- Payment Terms: Standard project terms require a 50% initial deposit upon work authorization, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the final approved files.
4. Review Windows & Revision Policy
Client satisfaction and terminology consistency are our highest priorities. All deliverables include a standard 14-day review window following delivery:
- Free Revisions: Any typographical discrepancies, terminology misalignments against agreed glossaries, or stylistic adjustments within the original project scope will be corrected promptly without additional charge.
- Scope Changes: Substantive alterations to the original source text or additions of new content requested after project initiation will be billed at standard per-word rates.
5. Intellectual Property & Copyright Ownership
The client retains full ownership of all source materials provided. Upon full and final settlement of the invoice, all copyright, intellectual property rights, and title in the completed translations and localized assets transfer entirely to the client without ongoing royalty obligations.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms of business and any commercial agreements entered into with Translation Language Solutions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
